Beschreibung
As a (Senior) IT Manager Software Engineering (m/f/d), you will advise and support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle to guarantee the secure implementation of software development methods and tools. Hands-on entry: In a startup-like environment, you are given a high degree of freedom to leave your personal fingerprint on the projects. Consulting: You manage the implementation and operation of (SecDevOps) environments for secure software development as well as deliver models for software development (agile organization). Quality assurance: Technically, you lead the software quality and software code analysis in the projects. Agility: You use methods like Scrum and DevOps when implementing projects. Teamwork: You work hand in hand with the Risk Advisory departments when it comes to the implementation and delivery of services and products. Your skillset: Degree in computer science, financial and business mathematics, statistics, (industrial) engineering, computer science or natural sciences Solid experience in the following areas: software development/programming; testing/quality management; continuous integration and development; IT architecture; SecDevOps or DevOps Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD; agile development and business models plus tools (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins); software code quality analysis (static, dynamic) Enjoyment of complex tasks , conceptual thinking, and a work style characterized by team spirit and motivational strength. Willingness to travel and excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
